If you really want to have alternative versions: - Install the construction set. - Click on File. - Click on Data. - Set oblivion.esm as active file. - Click on Gameplay. - Click on Settings. - Scroll to fLockPickAutoBase and change the numeric value to whatever you want. - Click on File. - Click on Save. - Save the esp in your Oblivion Data folder. - Activate it in the launcher or any mod manager.
This is very basic modding, everybody can learn how to do it. I just uploaded this version so me and other people can download this to skip all these steps in the future.
