The Arcane University is the center of magical learning and practice. It should look like it.

Basically does what More Magical Mages Guild does, but for the Arcane University. Now, the Arcane University looks like a  place where magic actually does happen. Many interiors were redesigned, especially ones that an Arcane University mage would frequent.
The only untouched places are:
The Tower Council Chambers
The Arch-Mages Quarters (there are many mods that edit this, so I didn't touch it for compatibility purposes)
Chironasium and Praxographical Center Upper Levels (because they're just NPC bedrooms)
Imperial Watchtower and Barracks
Mage Quarters Basement

---DESCRIPTION---
The Arcane University Lobby: Illuminated by a few candlesticks and a chandelier featuring Irlav Jarol's favorite Welknyd stones. There's a desk facing towards to door to greet and direct people as they come in.

The Chironasium (the facts): The best place for Enchanting in Cyrodiil and free to Guild mages. There's an enchanting alter, and the walls are lined with scroll cases and books. In the back are some enchanted gear. There are two staff cases on both sides of the door leading in, with some staffs in staff cases. All of the gear and staffs are vanilla. Some might be  accidentally too valuable -- I just looked through the CS and picked stuff of reasonable material that had fitting names.
The Chironasium (the story): A mage needs a good staff, but they can run out of charge or break (not in-game, but lore-wise,  it is, ultimately, a stick). While the staff is in Delmar's care, the mage can borrow a staff in the interim. As for the gear, who else would equip the battlemages? Calindil? He's all the way in the Market District and Delmar is right at your doorstep!

Lustratorium (the facts): Three alchemical gardens -- one little farm plot, one flower plot, and one cave mushroom plot. Upstairs is a bunch of alchemy stuff of various quality (but nothing master level). Never made sense to me that the Arcane University of all places would be stuck using Novice level equipment. Also, the potion crates are containers. They respawn.
Lustratorium (the story): Why are there some Shivering Isles plants there? Because some poor/unfortunate/brave mage decided/was voluntold to go to Oblivion and back to get plants. Plants from the Deadlands can be found in alchemical shops, and the Arcane University isn't going to let some shopkeeper get their hands on Shivering Isles plants before they do! As for why they have indoor plots to begin with -- plants die in the winter, but the  Arcane University Lustratorium stops for nothing.

Mage Quarters (the facts): I tried to make the Main Level like a hangout. Top floor has bunk beds, but unfortunately, they are not functional, so you will have to sleep in the basement.

Mystic Archives (the facts): Now it's cramped. As cramped as I could get it. The booksets are also containers! They respawn. There are some desks upstairs for studying, and more books line part of the ceiling. There's also some magic skill books scattered around, and one of the booksets has a (low) chance of spawning one.
Mystic Archives (the story): The Arcane University has been around a while, and people keep writing new books about new stuff. But there's only so much space inside, and now that Tar-Meena has run out of shelf space, she's resorted to putting books in the alcove on the second floor. She really just wishes that people would put the books back where they found them though -- no wonder no one can find anything! (the book containers use Leveled Lists to respawn, so really, who knows where anything will be).

Practice Rooms (the facts): made some summoning circles. I also thought it was crazy that there wasn't a single classroom at the Arcane University, so I threw one on the second floor.
Praxographical Center (the facts): Not too much to say about this one, other than there's a Journeyman level spell tome for each school of magic. Nothing OP.

---INSTALLATION---
The usual drag and drop.

--INCOMPATIBILITIES--
Obviously, anything that changes the interior design. There are some minor issues with some of the mods that I'm using. I'm thinking it's OOO or MOO. Basically, there's the occasional chest or book that's clipping into something.
