This is an update on my original Lock Bash mod. This version is 99.9% compatible with other mods. It is fully compatible with loot-scaling mods such as G\'s Loot and Fransesco\'s Leveled Loot, and any other mods that alter containers or doors. No scripts are attached to any objects. This is an update on my original Lock Bash mod. This version is 99.9% compatible with other mods. It is fully compatible with loot-scaling mods such as G's Loot and Fransesco's Leveled Loot, and any other mods that alter containers or doors. No scripts are attached to any objects.
Please note that the original version of this mod has been incorporated into OOO v1.3. If you are using that mod, there's no need to use this one, and doing so will cause problems.
This is the most realistic lock bashing mod currently available: just strike the chest or door with a heavy weapon until the lock breaks. Bashing causes damage to your weapon, and is a crime. The damage done to the lock with each swing is based on your strength.
If you are not running any mods that alter existing chests or doors, you may want to use Lock Bash v1.1 instead, available on this site. It's up to you.
Please note that the original version of this mod has been incorporated into OOO v1.3. If you are using that mod, there's no need to use this one, and doing so will cause problems.
