Description:
A rich, old estate in the heart of the Great Forest with plenty of space and character
for any adventurer seeking a home in the world. The estate has an attached small vineyard,
as well as a backdoor into the beautiful forest scenes. The previous owner was a hobbyist,
with some of their work on display in the house; models, wine collections and scholarly
works. Located in short commuting distances as the estate is just off the Black Road,
south-east of Chorrol.

This is a spiritual successor of my previous mod, Ironhurst Estate. I found my old
house to be rather lackluster in its current state. So a big uplift was due but also
a new location that didn't interfere with other quests and places, such as Battlehorn
Castle like Ironhurst Estate did. I hope you find this mod to a much higher quality!

Features:
- Free 2-Winged estate house, with 6 interior areas.
- Gorgeous Exterior situated in the heart of the Great Forest.
- Model Displays around the house.
- Alchemical laboratory.
- Magical Workstation.
- Dining Room.
- Safe Storage Containers.
- Respawning sacks for easy access to food and item disposal.
- Multiple Parlour/Living Areas.
- Various Book Collections from across Cyrodiil.
- Balcony view of the surrounding landscape.
- Easy access to a neighbouring large farm across the road, Odiil Farm.
- Short commuting distance to Chorrol and Weynon Priory.
- Situated just off the Black Road.
- Dark Secret lurking in the home.
- Secret Illegal Stash of Skooma.
