Remember that vampire from the Vampire Cure quest that you had to kill for his ashes? The vampire that was apparently so powerful he was sealed off in a cave so he wouldn't destroy Cyrodiil? Were you disappointed when you killed him in, like, three blows?
Then we have something in common!
This little mod actually makes Hindaril a worthy opponent.He is always six levels above the player, has six custom spells along with his vampire spells and abilities. He now wears a full set of leveled heavy armor and wields a unique enchanted claymore. His claymore always does two points of damage over the weapons available at that level. With this mod Hindaril will put up a hard battle players will have to be well prepared for.
EDIT: I've realized all too late that Oblivion's leveling system is total ass, so I've updated the mod to remove all leveling from Hindaril. He is now permanently at a whopping level 100, clad in Ebony armor with his custom claymore.
If you want to try him out real quick, you can type "coc AAHindarilTestCell" into the console for a little one-on-one with Hindaril.
Compatibility
The only thing this mod does is alter Hindaril's stats, inventory and spell list, so it should not conflict with any other mods.
This mod was cleaned with TES4EditQuickAutoClean.
Install
Just extract the "StrongerHindaril.esp" file into your Oblivion/Data folder and make sure to activate it in the Oblivion launcher.
