Changelogs
Version 1.1
Item changed from ring to crystal ball
Item flagged as quest item
Item added to player on startup
This is a slightly modified version of Tundro FOV Adjustor from Tundro Walker.
It adds an item to the game that lets you set your FOV in first person to a wide range from 10 degrees to 200. Activate the item from your inventory and a menu will prompt you with the settings shown in the screenshot. The FOV setting will stick, no matter what changes it. ...except for blocking, where the script temporarily pauses so Bow zoom isn't messed up.
Unfortunately, Tundro made the item a ring and placed it in Anvil's smithy. The inconvenience is two-fold as while the ring is unequipable, using it unequips one of your rings, and you have to go out of your way to get the ring in the first place.
This update adds a tiny quest script (that kills itself on completion) to add the item to the player on game start, changes the ring to a misc item (crystal ball, specifically) and flags it as a quest item (so you never lose it because some other event clears your inventory).
