Necromancer's Tome / Yet another necromancy mod
This mod does not require OBSE
This mod adds a simple and lightweight necromancy system where ( as usual with necro mods ) you harvest parts to create undead minions. The goal of this mod was to be as lightweight and vanilla friendly as possible by keeping the number of scripted spells to a minimum and only using vanilla items and objects where possible. The mod adds Tomes that act like a portable summoning altar to create various minions from parts harvested from dead bodies. Once constructed the minion can then be animated by using a reanimation spell ( any Reanimate spell effect will work ) however, you will need to have a high enough skill in Conjuration to be able to control the minion once raised or it will attack the first thing ( including you ) it sees, the more advanced the minion, the higher the skill needed.
The Tomes can be found as loot in Necromancer dungeons
Necromancer Faction Version
The Necromancer faction version adds the player and all successfully raised minions to the Necromancer faction.
Things to note
Dismissing a minion will return all the parts used to make it.
Skeletons can be given weapons, shields and ammo to wield before being animated

Removed Black Soul Gem requirement
Bind Soul lesser power changed to greater power, now creates an ethereal minion when an npc under the effect of the power dies. The type of minion created is based on the level of the npc killed. 0-15 = Ghost 15-25 = Faded Wraith 25-30 = Wraith 30+ = Gloom Wraith. Conjuration levels of 25, 50, 75, 100 needed to control.
The amount of parts harvested from a corpse is now random instead of a full set every time.
You must now place the Tome down to use it.
Removed Flesh Atronachs as they are technically Daedra not undead.
Skeletons can now be Regular, Guardian, Hero or Champion.
Zombies can now be Regular, Headless or Dread
Morrowind books and harvesting tools added to loot in Necro dungeons.
Known Issue: Loading a save in a cell with previously constructed but not yet animated minions can sometimes cause the minions to become stuck in place once animated. I am not sure what causes this but it can be solved by a Quick Save/Load.
