Weab out the lore-friendly way with a race of Akaviri Imperials.

Welcome to the forty-sixth installment of my Oblivion Immersion Series.  This mod makes Akaviri-descended Imperials available as a playable race.  Given that the lore states that the Imperials, particularly the Nibenese, have heavily intermarried with the Akaviri, the complete absence of any descendants was a major oversight. So now you can weab out the lore-friendly way!  (No, seriously, the Nibenese are giant weaboos in universe).  

Beyond being playable, a small number of Akaviri NPCs are scattered across Cyrodiil (something that has always irked me about custom race mods is their complete lack of integration into the rest of the game, so that the PC is apparently the only whatever-race in the entire game world).  Many are guild personnel who will act as skills trainers, while others are just random citizens.  A few Akaviri Blades have been added to Cloud Ruler Temple. One is a blacksmith, selling Akaviri scale armor and Akaviri bows.  The other acts as an alchemy merchant.       

Akaviri Imperials are well suited as magic, stealth, or light warrior builds.  Here is a break-down of the racial stats:

- Base Attributes:
   - Strength, Agility, Speed, Luck, Personality: 40
   - Intelligence, Willpower: 45
   - Endurance: 30

- Skill Bonuses:
   - +10 blade, hand-to-hand
   - +5 speechcraft, light armor, mysticism, alchemy, mercantile

- Racial Powers:
   - Serpent Skin: cure disease, poison, and paralysis
   - Thirst of the Vampire-Snake: absorb 5 health for 10 sec

This mod comes with a few optional files.  Playable Nibenese Race adds the people of Nibenay as a variant on the Imperials, with reworked stats to make them more in keeping with the lore:

- Skill Bonuses:
   - +10 speechcraft, mercantile, mysticism
   - +5 conjuration, alteration, blade

- Racial Power:
   - Waters of the Niben: absorb 100 magicka once per day on use

Unlike Akaviri Imperials, nothing outside of a new playable race has been added, no new equipment or NPCs.  I saw no point in doing so, given they look the same as vanilla Imperials anyway.

Last, Akaviri and Nibenese Imperials is a merged version of the previous two mods, all into a single plugin.

Playable Nibenese Race offers an expansion of the Imperial race, with stats more befitting their lore.  Akaviri and Nibenese Imperials offers a merged plugin version of Akaviri Imperials and Playable Nibenese Race.

Incompatibility
============

Should be compatible with all race mods.  Fully compatible with Cloud Ruler Temple Revived.  Akaviri and Nibenese Imperials is not menat to be run with Akaviri Imperials and Playable Nibenese Race, since that would be redundant.
