Allows you to quickly kill selected group on NPCS in cell.

This mod allows you to kill all creatures, male or female NPCS in your current cell (actually it scans 2 cells, just made it to work in cities).
INSTALLATION:
Just copy "wipeemout.esp" into your Oblivion/data folder and enable it in mod manager.
HOW TO OBTAIN:
This spell will be added to you when you just start game or load save.
Warning: this spell kills EVERYONE including ESSENTIAL NPCS.

Just cast it and choose an option in menu.
