The places a small Ayleid home east of Malada hidden in the hills. Contains a
bed, enchanting and spellmaking, switching lights, and an alchemy station.
This mod requires OBSE for the alchemy station to function
Alchemy station
A small station that lets you use an alembic, retort, and calcinator without needing to carry them
The equipment level you get is based on your alchemy level
Switching lights
All the light lamps can be turned on and off at will
