About this mod

Gives more life and randomized interesting behaviour to most citizens of Cyrodiil. You are now much more likely to see and meet NPCs randomly around town, in shops or taverns during the day.

Inspired by the mod "NPCs Alive Release 1" by XFusion I thought about enhancing the lifes of vanilla NPCs by making more use of the game's Radiant AI system (and some experimental trickery with it), because many NPCs don't seem to do much, sometimes not even leaving their home. This mod tries to improve this, by giving many prior bland NPCs more to do (Smiths will now smith, Alchemists,will do potion making, people will visit more areas and shops) and then randomize these new behaviours. These NPCs will now also, when visiting a place like a shop, sit down. Almost no one seems to ever use furniture in this game except for sleeping or eating.

This mod should be as far down in your load order as possible, otherwise you likely won't see the new behaviour of the NPCs, due to them being overwritten by other mods.

Beta Version because while most bland NPCs in Cyrodiil have now been much improved, I still want to make some more improvements to specific NPCs over time (most notably shopkeepers).

Every Mod Manager for Oblivion should be able to handle this, manual install is of course possible too.

Incompatibilities
=================
This mod is most likely incompatible with:
Better Cities.
Open Cities (Classic and Reborn).

This mod is mostly compatible with Oblivion Character Overhaul (look at my screenshots), but you have to load this mod after OCO in your load order, otherwise the new AI packages will not be applied, but you will usually still get the better looking NPCs.
