      I wasn't able to find it... Maybe it was taken down by the mod author over the collections controversy on Nexus.

      i searched around and it seems that as of august 20th, Arthmoor moved it to TES Alliance.
      
      yet another website we have to make a verified account for, yipee...

      I sent him a message a couple days ago but I haven't heard back. You are welcome to contact him yourself, the assets I used are from Imperial City Retexture and the author of that mod specifies who should get credit and gives permission for others to use his assets.
