Here is the toilet it works fine, I used the chair icon because I don't know how to make icons.

I made an icon for myself if anyone are interested. -> https://www.dropbox.com/s/4of7xw3bs2d578a/toilet.dds?dl=0 (Hopefully this link works?) Just add it to oblivion/data/menus/hudstatusbars/misc alongside Goldfinch's icons,
      and go into the designated ini file and change;
      "set tnoHSB.hud_custom to sv_Construct "Misc\toilet"
(Warning though, don't expect it to look like Picasso painted it, I spent a minimal amount of time on it, but tried to keep it similar to Goldfinch's designs.)

I've made a couple icons for this:
I made a wine bottle. This was a lot of fun to make.
I've made a toilet icon. Mine looks like a toilet.

User Dalleminum made one as well. His looks like a roll of toilet paper.

I'm using the mug icon for caffeine, my bottle for alcohol and my toilet. Just a little addition for the community :)

I don't know if anyone will see and/or know what the answer to my problem is but might as well give it a try.

I modded Oblivion to hell (pun intended) awhile ago, about a month or two. It played fine for the most part and everything worked decent enough. Fast forward to today. I haven't played since I modded it and haven't added any new mods or removed anything. However, I start the game up and the icons for this mod are glitched. Specifically, the moon, bread, wash, and skin ones. They are glitched as in the appear like a image of static (it also seems to "change" every time I load a save); I can try to get a screen shot if anyone needs to visually see what I mean. Everything else seems to work fine, like it shows the % of the stats they're linked to. It's just these icons for some reason just don't display correctly anymore.

I've redownloaded the mod just for the icons and replaced them in the corresponding folder. Didn't fix them.
I've updated OBSE as it had a update since I last played. Didn't fix, unless it just broke these icons, idk.

I even went into the text file, and changed the "moon" icon to "book" just to test and it worked, it showed the book correctly but when I switched it back to moon, back to static image. Idk what could of caused this problem. Really, I don't need these icons, and so far the rest of the game plays fine. I just like being able to tell which stat % is tied to which icon, as opposed to the bars that HUBstatusBars uses.

If anyone knows why this has happened and if there is a fix, it'd be greatly appreciated.

Oblivion deserves to be modded to hell and back. It knows what it did.

Could you try and grab a screenshot of the glitch? Haven't run into that issue before, but I'll do my best to troubleshoot.

If you added the values in the description, and the mod still does not work, try download my personal .Ini file and use that.

Also, have you tried using my custom .ini? I know it worked for some folks

If you use DarnUI and wants to put the *BASIC PRIMARY NEEDS* icons (not the hygiene icon) on the left bottom side, on top of HP/Magicka/Stamina bars, like in the images by the uploader, you can use the following code in your Hud Status Bars.ini

;Needs icons - Use with Basic Primary Needs

    set tnoHSB.hud_val to sv_Construct"BPN.HUDsleep"
    set tnoHSB.hud_color to sv_Construct"HUDcolorWhite"

    set tnoHSB.hud_min to sv_Construct"100"
    set tnoHSB.hud_textDisplay to HUDtxtPercent
    set tnoHSB.hud_textPos_y to HUDtxtAbove
    set tnoHSB.hud_textPos_x to HUDtxtCenter
    set tnoHSB.hud_custom to sv_Construct "Misc\moon"
    ;set tnoHSB.hud_x toHUDbars
    ;set tnoHSB.hud_y toHUDbarsAbove
    ;set tnoHSB.hud_x to11
    set tnoHSB.hud_x to 3
    set tnoHSB.hud_y to 90
    SetStage tnoHSB 10

    set tnoHSB.hud_val to sv_Construct "BPN.HUDthirst"

I am trying to use your icons with NorthernUI. I installed all of the required mods and installed your inis last. for some reason your icons don't show up and my health, magicka, and stamina bars all disappear. all I can think of is I am installing them in an incorrect order in MO2. I was wondering if you or anyone for that would have any insight on how to run NorthernUI with these icons? if this is no longer supported then I suppose the bpn and bph text notifications will have to do for now. thanks in advance!

It seems that NorthernUI and Hud Status Bars don't play nice with each other, as a lot of people has had similar problems. The only advice I could give is to try and start the game with NorthernUI disabled, and see if the icons and bars all appear as they should. If this is the case, then you would know for sure that NorthernUI isn't compatible. If the icons and bars are still messed up, there might be something wrong with the installation.

Sorry that I can't be more of help on this issue.

      I actually got it to work! Here is my ini for getting the icons to show up. Now disclaimer I use no other part of the Hud Status Bars Mod as I let Northern UI handle my hud since I prefer it but I did want these icons to show. {turns out my health magicka and stamina bars were simply fading out due to them being full, it's my first time using NorthernUI so I wasn't aware it had that capability. theoretically all of the status bars you add via HUD Status Bars should work with NorthernUI so long as you eliminate any hud elements that would be redundant from the ini's}

in my HUD Status Bars.ini I deleted everything out and added this so the icons would be under my NorthernUI Health Bar

Is there anyway to make this work with Unnecessary Violence? I can't figure out how to get UV & BPN to work together with Hud Status Bars.

I'm using Northernui so idk if that's causing a problem but the icons aren't showing up for me even after overwriting HUD ini

I don't know about compatibility issues with UV, but ui mods usually don't play nice with Hud Status Bars if they have a script extender component. DarnfiedUI users seems to have had issues, so it could be a similar situation. I'd try with the northernui disabled and see if that solves the issue.

TheGoldfinch would like to ask you for help, I think the position of the icons that you set is ideal, but I have a problem with the line of the text of the location. Due to the fact that it is strongly shifted to the right, I feel that it is visually unkempt. And trying to move it to the left, it's kind of like working, but after any load game, this position gets lost. And only restarting the game helps, after which again loading the save and losing the position. Tell me how to fix it if you can, please.

      Change ?"set tnoHSB.location_x to 16.8"

      to

"set tnoHSB.location_x to? ?HUDweaponRight?; To the right of the weapon icon"

This will force the text to always be placed to the right of the weapon icon, and it should appear as it does in the mod screenshots

      Hope this fixes it!

      Glad you like it!

Changing the positions is mostly trial and error by changing the set tnoHSB.hud_x and y values.

      set tnoHSB.hud_val to sv_Construct "BPH.HUDhygiene"
      set tnoHSB.hud_color to sv_Construct"HUDcolorWhite"
      set tnoHSB.hud_max to sv_Construct"100"
      set tnoHSB.hud_min to sv_Construct"0"
      set tnoHSB.hud_textTypeHUDfontKingthings
      set tnoHSB.hud_textDisplay to HUDtxtPercent
      set tnoHSB.hud_textPos_y to HUDtxtAbove
      set tnoHSB.hud_textPos_x to HUDtxtCenter
      set tnoHSB.hud_custom to sv_Construct "Misc\hand"
      set tnoHSB.hud_y to1
      set tnoHSB.hud_x to99
      SetStage tnoHSB 10

Here I have modified the hygiene settings to the Y value of 1 (as far up as possible) and the X value of 99 (almost as far right as possible)
If you want them to line up next to each other, lower the X value by 3 as you change each icon. If you want them in a downwards row, you could use the same X value, but increase the Y value instead. (so Y maybe 5-6 and X 99 for the  second icon)

This is how it looked with a few tests in my game, using these settings. If you have a different screen size, it might require adjustments

      set tnoHSB.hud_val to sv_Construct"BPN.HUDsleep"
      set tnoHSB.hud_color to sv_Construct"HUDcolorWhite"
      set tnoHSB.hud_max to sv_Construct"0"

For some reason, even though I've followed the instructions carefully (copied the textures over to the Data folder, then copied the .ini text to the correct Hud Status .inis) all I see in-game is some image glitches and percents above the normal bars. Am I doing something wrong? Could someone link me to a video tutorial or give me some more detailed instructions?

Could you take a screenshot on the glitched-out sections, and upload as a user image? It would help me figure out what went wrong

Other than that, I could upload the .ini files from my own game for you to use. Should work, unless there are some other mod conflicts.

i also had this problem. installed HUD status bars, menu plugin, copied over textures and the .ini files. i also installed maskar's camping mod and noticed that the texture icons for the tents showed up all glitched, but they work fine. i went back and changed my texture setting to large and everything works perfectly now, thanks!
