Makes the Brusef Amelion's Armor set from the Fighter's Guild much better.

Brusef Amelion's armor set is a really cool looking armor set, being a silver ebony recolor, but it's way too heavy and way too weak to be a viable suit of armor.
This mod aims to fix that.
The idea is to have a moderately protective suit of light armor that is very durable.
To accomplish that goal, the armor's defense has been increased to that of Mithril and it's health has been greatly increased.
All pieces of the armor but the cuirass, greaves, and shield, have had their health increased to that of ebony. The cuirass, greaves, and shield now have health equal to 80% of ebony's. It has a fair bit more health than Perfect Amber.
The weight has been changed. The cuirass keeps its weight of 21 and the rest have had their weights adjusted around that number. It's still the heaviest suit of light armor but it's now much more reasonable. EVERY piece weighing 21 was incredibly silly.
The value of each piece has been tripled as well.
Also, the enchantment on the cuirass has been changed from a 6% frost shield to an 8% frost shield.
