Dragon Captions team Presents: Unique NPCs

This is a set of NPCs scattered around Cyrodiil that each have their own personality and agenda.  Different characters want different things.  However, each NPC will give you a repeatable task that you can do for them that gives more incentive to explore and visit the other dungeons around Cyrodiil other than just your general quest objectives.

Elaine of Estora
Available since: 1.0.0
This is the first NPC in the set.  She is an Ayleid scholar from High-Rock.  She wants to learn as much as she can about these ancient elves and the treasures they left behind.  At current, she will offer great rewards for any Welkynd or Varla stone you bring to her.  She spends her time wondering around the Imperial City.  Days are spent in the First Edition bookstore and the Tiber Septim Hotel for meals.  Then back to the various buildings of the Arcane University for the evening.

Welkynd Stones

Varla Stones

Marius Valintine
Available since 1.2.0
This is the second NPC in the set.  He is an imperial magistrate.  He has been tasked with bringing the bandits around the Imperial City to justice.  However, he is one man and there are far too many bandits.  With his arrival, Bandits will now drop Emblems on their death.  These new trinkets can be traded to Marius for various rewards.
