Equipment Overhaul
Version 0.0
By Ryan Paul Fialcowitz

Compatibility
This modification was created for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - Shivering Isles (v120416).

Description
1.) All armour & clothing is now playable.

2.) Baurus will no longer remove Blade related equipment from the player towards the end of the tutorial. This excludes both Glenroy and Renault's blades as Baurus specifically mentions them.

3.) Armour and clothing will no longer hide amulets & rings.

4.) The beer at the south eastern exit of The Imperial City Sewers has been removed in order to keep Knights Of The Nine & Frostcrag Spire from crashing The Construction Set.

5.) All factions will now able to show up on the player's Faction list if the player is in them, previously many were hidden. Many will still not show up as they have no names or ranks.

6.) Wearing armour or clothing named after a faction will now place you in that faction and any sub factions for as long as you are wearing them. If the player is already in the faction then the armour or clothing will do nothing. The factions one may join in this manner are:
Blackwood Company (A complete set of Blackwood armour.)
Blades (A complete set of either the regular or character generation Blades armour.)
Dark Seducers (A complete set of Dark Seducer armour or the reward version of the Dark Seducer armour.)
Dremora (A complete set of any of the Dremora armours or one of their robes.)
Drothmeri Army (Any of the Drothmeri tunics.)
Guards Of The Various Cities (A Cuirass & Shield specific to the city.)
Golden Saints (A complete set of Golden Saint armour.)
Knights Of The Nine (Knights Of The Nine Cuirass & Shield.)
Knights Of Order (Knight of Order Armor, any material.)
Kvatch Citizen/Guard (The reward version of the Kvatch Cuirass.)
Imperial Legion (A complete set of Imperial Legion armour.)
Imperial Watch (A complete set of Imperial Watch armour.)
Mage's Guild (Mage's Hood & Robe.)
Mythic Dawn (Mythic Dawn Hood & Robe.)
Necromancers (Necromancer's Hood & Robe.).

7.) Ranks and icons have been added to the factions that had none that are now available to the player. The names of the ranks and the icons were taken from similiar factions. Because many were not meant to be seen by the player some of the names had to be edited to make them presentable. The factions that were originally available to the player have likewise had their names & ranks edited for capitalization.

8.) Captain Renault and Glenroy now have the character generation version of the Blades Shields to match the rest of their gear.

9.) Renamed Dremora5MarkynazHelmet from Dremora Kynmarcher Helmet to Dremora Markynaz Helmet as there was already a Kynmarcher helm but no Markynaz helm.

10.) All gems have had their value increased by a factor of seventy - because of this the Scroll of Transmutation has been changed to reflect the new value of gold nuggets.

11.) Pelts, Souls Gems, Varla Stones & Welkynd Stones have all had their value increased by a factor of seven.

12.) Weapons are no longer dropped when the carrier dies.

13.) When transfering multiple items you will asked how many you would like to move at two items rather then three.

14.) The chance that an arrow will be added to the inventory of an enemy struck by it is now 100% rather then 50%.
