About this mod
Makes all Merchant Chests accessible in stores so that they can be looted. Each chest is locked by the respective store key. This Redone version places the chests by script and no longer directly touches the shop cells, so the cell names are no longer forcefully changed to english. Additionally, one or two shops that were missing were also done.

Please tell me if you happen to find a shop that doesn't have their chests accessible.
