This mod adds a merchant to the IC Market area,this merchant has 60000 gold,trains security,sells all standard spells,will buy and sell anything including stolen items so he can be used as a fence. He also repairs,recharges and sells a few beginner weapons as well as repair hammers ,lock picks ,soul gems etc.
