After smoking one of my hard drives and looking for a temporary replacement, I found this on an old hard drive that I had tossed into the back of a closet. I haven't played Oblivion or had it installed on any of my rigs since late 2013, but I made this when I was playing and either never got around to uploading it or the upload disappeared.
Besides the rope fencing, also includes decking, stairs, pylons, and bridge meshes for building your own riverfront towns...
