This ENB has a "fantasy" feeling, it works for both gameplay and screen-shooting. It works with multiple weather mods and is meant to be used along Oblivion Reloaded.
It comes with DoF disabled, since this is meant to be used for Screen-shooting only, if you want to use a DoF for gameplay i suggest using the one that comes with Oblivion Reloaded.

Setup

-For this mod to look as in the screenshots, you must have some configurations managed by Oblivion Reloaded E3 (UNOFFICIAL), I have included in the files my personal tweaking for these settings, choose the one that you use
-The Letterbox seen in some images, was added with the Cinematic feature of OR
-You can access the ENB menu with Shift+ENTER, there you can change all ENB settings

CHECK WHAT VERSION OF OBLIVION RELOADED YOU ARE USING AND IF IT DOES NOT MATCH WITH THIS ONE, CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS ACCORDINGLY.
THIS ENB DOES NOT CAUSE ARTIFACTS OR GRAPHICAL ISSUES ON ITS OWN, CHECK YOUR SETTINGS.

Installation

- Download ENB from Here
- Extract d3d9.dll from the WrapperVersion folder into your Oblivion folder (Where the Oblivion.exe is)
- Paste all the content from this mod on your Oblivion Folder (Where the Oblivion.exe is)
- Be sure you have HDR active in the Oblivion settings and deactivate in Oblivion Reloaded
- In your oblivion.ini put this in [Water] bUseWaterDisplacements=0
