This simple mod will make the racial powers actually useful now! THIS MOD WON'T CHANGE ANY OF THE RACES STATS (Just the racial powers)

Nords powers:

vanilla Nordic frost = 50 frost damage

BRP Nordic frost (My mod) = 13 frost damage last for 8 seconds (104 frost damage)

Vanilla Woad = 30 shield points for 60 seconds

BRP Woad now is (Battle cry), Battle cry = Demoralize (fear) Npcs for 40 seconds up to level 48 (35 ft.)

Orc powers:

Vanilla Berserk = 
Fortify fatigue 200 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Health 20 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Strength 50 points for 60 seconds
Drain Agility 100 points for 60 seconds

BRP Berserk =
Resist Normal Weapons 33%
Fortify Health 20 points for 60 seconds
Fortify fatigue 80 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Strength 45 points for 60 seconds
Drain Agility 50 points for 60 seconds

Wood elf powers:

Vanilla Beast Tongue = Command Creature up to level 20 for 60 seconds

BRP Beast Tongue = Command Creature up to level 45 for 40 seconds

Redguard powers:

Vanilla Adrenaline Rush =
Fortify Strength 50 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Agility 50 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Speed 50 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Endurance 50 points for 60 seconds
Fortify Health 25 points for 60 seconds

BRP Adrenaline Rush =
Fortify Strength 20 points for 90 seconds
Fortify Agility 20 points for 90 seconds
Fortify Speed 30 points for 90 seconds
Fortify Endurance 350 points for 90 seconds
Restore Fatigue 10 points per second for 90 seconds

Khajiit powers:

Vanilla Eye of fear = Demoralize up to level 25 npc for 30 seconds

BRP Eye of fear = Demoralize up to level 100(almost every npc) npc for 30 seconds (i did this for make it better than battle cry in someways) (it has 0 ft. while battle cry have 35 ft. and it's quite shorter than battle cry)

Vanilla Night-Eye = 30 seconds Night-eye

BRP Night-Eye = 30 seconds Night-eye AND 10 seconds of detect life (10 ft.)

Breton powers:

Vanilla Dragon skin = 50 armor points for 60 seconds

BRP Dragon skin = 
15 armor points
20% spell absorption for 60 seconds
25% Normal weapons resistance for 60 seconds

Imperial powers: 

Vanilla Star of the West = absorb 100 points of fatigue on touch 

BRP Star of the West = absorb 1000(almost all fatigue) of fatigue on touch

Vanilla Voice of the Emperor = 30 charm points for 30 seconds on touch

BRP Voice of the Emperor =
95 charm points for 50 seconds on target (80 ft.)
calm up to level 50 npcs for 50 seconds on target (80 ft.)


Dark elf powers: 

Vanilla Ancestor Guardian = summon Ancestor ghost for 60 seconds

BRP Ancestor Guardian now is (Ancestor's Wrath)  =
Fire damage 2 points for 60 seconds on self (don't worry though, your resistance to fire will help so much)
Reflect Damage 40% for 60 seconds
