Description :
The mod called "No persistant enchantment glow fix" is putting some effects names in english, even with a different language game setting.
This mod is putting the effects names in french.
This mod is also adding compatibility with the mod "Diverse Effect Icons". Indeed, if you're using "No persistant enchantment glow fix" it will not only reverts the effect names in english, but it is also reverting the default icons.
Dependency :
With this version effects names will be in french, and effects icons will use "Diverse Effect Icons", BUT because of this "Diverse Effect Icons" is now mandatory. If you're using this mod without "Diverse Effect Icons" you will be missing some icons assets (but the game will still be playable).

Extract archive into "Oblivion/Data"
