A centrally located player home in the Waterfront district. It's free to use once you get the key to the door, which is behind an easy lock trapdoor on the porch. Did I mention it's currently in the possession of a disgruntled zombie residing in the basement along with his three pet rats? They're each level 3 and are capped at level 5 if you don't fancy having a rumble at level 1. You might need to quaff a pot or two at level 1 but it's very do-able on the normal difficulty setting.
Once inside there's ample marked storage and a few freebies as a reward for ridding the world of some pesky rats and an abomination of a zombie. If you're a bit of a hoarder (whistles innocently) there's a further fifteen storage containers in the basement proper. The containers on the porch respawn and are not safe storage.
All the placed items inside are static items so if you're a static object hater then this player home is not for you. Me? I hate having to reload my game when my room explodes, or a visiting NPC knocks something over. So, static items are my own personal preference, sorry. If you do decide to give this player home a try then you're welcome.
Note: I don't use followers myself so I haven't tested the interior pathing with NPC's. I "have" marked the bed and chairs persistent, and the ownership to player faction, (a tip from emma's site) so that followers can sit down or sleep without issue.
