The shadowscale are some of the best assassins the dark brotherhood could provide but argonians in oblivion aren't super stealthy, this changes that.
Argonians in oblivion aren't strong nor are they great at magic or stealth in oblivion, this changes that, they are not good at stealth and have a new greater power too.

in vanilla oblivion Argonians aren't that great at anything in particular, they have 2 magic skills, 2 fighting skills, 2 stealth skills and athletics. this mod changes that making Argonians favor stealth.

I've also changed argonian abilities a bit
firstly they have a new Greater power called Become one with the shadows
Invisibility for 10 seconds
Chameleon 75% for 60 seconds
their water breathing has been turned into a lesser power which lasts for 60 seconds for no magicka cost but you will take 2 stamina damage per second for the duration
disease resistance has been reduced to 25%
poison Immunity is unchanged
this mod is likely pretty unbalanced if you have suggestions to improve it, I'd be glad to hear them.
this mod is incompatible with any mod that alters the skills, attributes and abilities of Argonians
