Requires: Enhanced Economy and any requirements it has
Applies the Enhanced Economy house tax system to the player-owned Waterfront shack, exactly the same way it applies to other houses.
Only edits a single EE script that only affects the house tax system. Should only conflict with any mod that also affects the EE house tax system, or removes the Waterfront shack door.
