Patch for Imperial Waters and Better Cities 6.08 (v0.96)

1. WHAT DOES IT DO?
This is my first mod/patch so please be indulgent with me :)

This mod make the possibility to use the Imperial Waters mod and the last Better Cities version (6.08). BC 6.08 added walls from  some imperial government buildings that hidden the waterfalls from Imperial Waters. Because i like IW, i decided to remove these buildings in order to see the waterfalls again. All the districts are modify despite the Merchant District because I don't know how to do this ( no waterplane) :)

The mod is in beta version because there could be some mistakes and i don't change the  AI of the NPC from the imperial buildings. The autor of BC said to me that i need to change there AI or to delete them but i don't know how to change the AI and i don't want to make something that may crash the game. So i ask for help in order to do that and to tell me if there are some things I missed.

Thank you. Test, criticals and everythings that can help will be aprreciated.

Updates by grffnhwk:
The lack of sound for the falls was really bothering me so I decided to try and fix it. With benorun974's blessing I added sound effects to the waterfalls in the districts that have them and added new fountains to the Market District that serve to also hide a missing window near the statue in the water. I was able to get all the fountains/falls hooked up to the aqueduct quest as an option. See (un)Known Issues below.

2. KNOWN ISSUES
The water in the Market District "lost" it's animation for some reason but I was able to get it back. However, this also seemed to reduce my FPS in the district. For this reason, I also included a version (Still Water) that abandons the animated water and just puts a static placid water that avoids any FPS issues.
The Aqueduct Quest version works perfectly on a new game. I haven't been able to confirm it or not, but sound and marketplace fountains may not work properly if the Quest version is installed on an existing game. Sometimes it seemed to work fine for me, other times the marketplace fountains would stop, I think. I would appreciate feedback if this is the case. This patch is entirely dependent on Better Cities updates not breaking it. If Better Cities does update, there's no guarantee that this patch will remain compatible.

3. COMPATIBILITY
This patch needs:
Better Cities by Ismelda/Vorians [https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/16513]
Imperial Waters by Mag1c Wind0w [https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/25804]

4. (un)INSTALLATION
Step 1:
Install Better Cities: (1) Better Cities Primary Resources; (2) Better Cities FULL

Step 2:
Install Imperial Waters: Activate ONLY The Imperial Water -BETTER CITIES.esp

Step 3:
Install Imperial Waters and Better Cities Patch:
    -=EASY WAY using Wrye Bash=-
        (1) Copy/Move Compressed file onto(into) the [Installers] tab in Wrye Bash
        (2) Check box next to "00 Core" and ONE of the "01" options in the {Sub-Packages} window in Wrye Bash
        (3) Right click on the Compressed file in the {Package} window and select "Install" from the popup

    -=HARD WAY using Manual Installation=-
        (1) Copy the contents of 00 Core folder to your Data folder
        (2) Copy one .esp from the 01 folders to your data folder
            Choose only ONE:
01 AQ MP Imperial Water - All the fountains/falls are linked to the Aquedect Quest from Let the People Drink embeded in Better Cities.
01 AQ MP Imperial Water -MPFAO - As above except the Marketplace fountains are excluded and always on even if you haven't completed the quest.
01 AQ MP Still Water - All of the fountains/falls are linked to the Aqueduct Quest, but the water in the Market District has been replaced.
01 AW MP Still Water -MPFAO - As above except the Marketplace fountains are always on and the water has been replaced for performance.
01 NQ MP Imperial Water - All of the fountains/falls are always on independent of the Aqueduct Quest.
01 NQ MP Still Water - All of the fountains/falls are always on and the water in the Market District has been replaced for performance.

Uninstall Imperial Waters and Better Cities Patch:
Without the Patch Imperial Waters won't work with Better Cities, so you'll need to uninstall both Imperial Waters and the BC Imperial Waters Patch.  This "should" just leave you with your base Better Cities Installation without problems. Refer to Imperial Waters for Uninstallation.  For the Imperial Water Patch, just "Uninstall" with Wrye Bash or Delete the "BC_IW_PATCH.esp" from your Data directory.  You'll find 2 sound files under Sound\fx\ambient\waterfallse\ that start with IWP... delete those and you're done.

Step 4:
Move the .esp to be after all of the Better Cities.esps (BOSS won't sort this mod)
My Load Order Currently:

    [5B] The Imperial Water - BETTER CITIES.esp
    [..] <Misc Mods>

    [9E] Better Cities - IC Imperial Isle.esp
