could've been such a great home, but can't use it since i've noticed that the outside didn't match the inside lol. i mean, from outside the building looks very small compared to what it looks inside. besides, i personally didn't like the portal to the private area, some stairs would've been way better imo. looks like someone was kinda lazy when it came to make those stairs.

Sorry for late answer :) I don't know exactly this error, but i guess that your error is caused by Npc Nath dyer. I deleted his corpes on lake ('NathanMcDyer' maybe mean s Nath Dyer). Anyway, If you don't use the mod using his corpes, don't worry. I played many times with this mod without any problems :)
If you mean condition of the quest for ownership, there is nothing. If you are not in combat, Quest for ownership will be started automatically :) Price is 40,000 Septim.
You mean you used both files at the same time? So You should use only one file. Main file and Omod Version are the same files. If the problem continues, Press ` button (above tap button) and input "Setstage wolfhouse 10" (Except for " " marking) So Quest will start :)
I find it cool that people still make mods for this, lol. I may not download this yet, but might in the future once I've beaten the game, but still, thanks mate.
