08/07/2019: I promise I will finish this and add some more options at some point. It is just very annoying to work on Oblivion hair. I have several videos on my YT channel about messing with hair.

For people who want not OCO replace: Download the Oblivion Construction set, replace hair with the corresponding hair. Its under drop down Characters->Hair. You replace mesh with this mods, and texture with this mods. The meshes should be labeled somewhat reasonably with the information found in the Changelog below. Textures as well. 

For people who do not want specific hair changed:Download Tes4edit, remove the references to that hair in this mods plugin. E.g 'Oiled' Hairstyle -> per my changelog you can see it is called "highelfclassic". Delete this reference and save.

Lore-Friendly Replacer for Default Hair for OCO v2. Currently with 20 hairs. Using assets from many generous people, pls love them.

For HQ default hair textures go here, I recommend having this installed underneath.

karthairdumpvanilla and karthairdump, EACH ARE STAND ALONE. USE ONE ONLY.

Only adds hair to the master hair list. This can be incorperated in a wyre bash patch to add to all races. INCLUDED PICTURE GUIDE. 2 goddamn steps.
(For the love of god this is the easiest way to do this and not have any issues, please don't do some weird bullshit with TESC or OMM or TES4edit or Gecko or whatever the fuck you found on the ground, I can't help you.)

karthairdumpvanilla.esp
For the true lazy bones or newbs this adds the hair to the vanilla elf and human races. Not the beast or orcs, because the head won't match. If you have some big race mod altering the vanilla races, make sure this is AFTER that. I'd still run a bash patch, but it probably isn't needed.
