Adds a merchant with all of the standard spells and allows extra spells in enchanting ,things like restore health,resist normal weapons,reflect, restore magicka etc. can now be used when enchanting items so you can craft that restore health ring if you want for example. The merchant is standing just outside the arcane university.

Adds a merchant with all of the standard spells so you don't have to hunt for spells ,you can just buy them in 1 place and allows extra spells in enchanting ,things like restore health,resist normal weapons,reflect, restore magicka etc. can now be used when enchanting items so you can craft that restore health ring if you want for example. The merchant is standing just outside the arcane university so you don't have to join the mages guild to buy from him.
