This mod allows you to level up beyond the leveling cap based on your major skills and attributes.
The use of magic scrolls that provide you with spells that reset their correlating skill or attribute.
The scrolls are given to you as you leave the Imperial Prison Sewers after you finish with Tutorial.
Casting the spell that resets will instantly result with the skills or attribute being reset.
Also, you can have the option to increase your attributes if you would like your character to have
stronger stats. No more capping out at levels! You can recast the spells an unlimited number of times
in order to increase your level.

Note: -Only Major skills increase your level.

-Attributes reset to 50.

-A attribute must meet 100 before getting reset or increased.

-If the increasing spell is being used, the attributes increase up to 150.

-Skills reset to 5.

-A skill must meet 100 before getting reset.
