There's a lot that I love about Oblivion but the rate at which your skills increase is not one of them.
As i looked around the Nexus I found a mod that increased the rate of which you level for restoration but I couldn't find one that does the same for destruction so here it is.
The following were changed in this mod: Restoration was .6 experience per cast, it is now 3.0
Destruction was 1.2 experience per cast, it is now 3.0
I changed them both to 3.0 to put them in line with the other magic skills.
