This mod improves all the Staffs and Scrolls in the game. Now Staffs and Scrolls are finally useful.

What the mod does and why: Idea of the mod was to make Staffs and Scrolls have a purpose in the game. All the Staffs and Scrolls from Oblivion and Shivering Isles has had their effects more or less doubled. Now Staffs and Scrolls keep their usefulness throughout the game. Staffs and Scrolls with scripted effects were not changed. Thank you for reading and i hope you enjoy this little mod.
Install: Unzip the file and put the esp.file into your data folder. Remember to activate the esp file with the manager of your choice.
Conflicts: I guess with anything that directly changes attributes/enchants of Staffs or Scrolls.
Updates
.1.03=Few Open Lock Scrolls had slightly wrong names. Open Lock Scrolls are now correctly named.
.1.02=Slight fix to Open Very Hard Lock Staff and Scroll. Wont open "Requires a Key" doors anymore.
.1.01=Improved one more scroll.(Grr, i had missed ONE!)
Bugs/Issues: None
Legal: You can do whatever you want with the mod, if you upload it somewhere else,etc just give me a credit for it. It was rather tedious to change them all...
