Yes, it usually is so simple :) There are now 44 Quests around the Imperial Real Estate (IRE) and around 42 properties the player is able to buy or come by.
Thanks to popay55 the list of houses and ships should be nearly complete now. And papay55's encouragement got me to make all furniture containers safe for storage, too.
I made the containers safe by altering the name of the base object (f.eks. BarrelClutterMiddle06 into IREBarrelClutterMiddle06) and removing the clamp at the respawn option. In that way a new form i... -
There was a topic in the forums where folk was asking or suggesting new mods. There you got the question, if there is a possibility to own the houses that remained empty after someone had died in a quest, for example Agarmir in the Unfriendly competition Quest.
You'll get the key to the house, but it is nethertheless owned by Agarmir, you will not be able to sleep in the bed, to wait in the rooms, you are trespassing in a uninhabited house.
To change that, I thought out this mod. Now there are nine houses that can be available to buy after you end the connected quest. You'll get a flyer with description (there you'll be informed about secure storage chests, so unless you have that stored in your memory, don't cast them...).
