What is it with spell costs suddenly getting really cheap as soon as I install the mod? It's like it thinks that I already got my spell level up to 200.
Personally, I'd rather cap the spell costs at 100, and instead start buffing up their effectiveness. +1% per level above 100. That'd be cool.
So im using ultimate leveling already which has its own system for uncapping attributes, I'm wondering if this mod is compatible with that? To be honest the only thing I actually want from this mod is the uncapped weapon damage formula, so I definitely prioritize ultimate leveling over this. I'm looking through the ini but I don't want to f*#@ up anything by accident.
Ultimate Levelling claims to be incompatible with AVuncapper. Some people, however, believe it is not. Personally, I don't think it's worth the risk of screwing up several hours of gameplay before you find out.
Hi, guys! I'm having this error: checking plugin C:\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\AVUncapper_CS.dll plugin C:\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\AVUncapper_CS.dll (00000001 AVUncapper_CS 01000100) reported as incompatible during query checking plugin C:\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\Construction Set Extender.dll couldn't load plugin C:\Oblivion\Data\OBSE\Plugins\\Construction Set Extender.dll (Error code 1114 (0000045A) What could it be?
i must not be able to read english that well.....what does this mod fix exactly???.. i dont use fizzle or anything like that..... so do i even need this mod? looks like its only meant for those who are using certain overhaul mods. is that the "fix" that is being referenced here? cuz if so then the title is incredibly misleading. this mod should be a "compatibility" mod not a "fix" mod. i also read that this is supposed to fix diminishing returns?cant i just modify those myself in the *not* fixed version??? why would i need this? im very confused.
I followed every possible instructions in the description, but my skills are still capped at 100. Since I followed every instruction, I'm not sure where I'm going wrong. If this is working for someone, kindly put the procedure of how it worked out for you in detail and share it. Thank you.
Never mind, got it to work. The uncapping for 1 and 2 from 0 at the start doesn't work so you have to do it manually(by only using 0). I'm using the only fixed version.
I'm banging my head against the wall trying to get my attributes to go over 100 with Realistic Leveling installed. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I've set everything in the ini to be able to level to 200 and set the preset to 1. I have 92 Sneak, 47 Security, and 45 Marksman, so in theory, my Agility should be 112. It's stuck at 100.
I... can't help you. I use the default settings of RL and with all but Athletics and Speechcraft at 100, my Willpower and Intelligence have long gone over 100 (Lady birthsign and Breton race).
Hi, first of all thanks for fixing the settings. Im posting this here cause the AvUncapper thread isnt very active lately but anyway so my issue is the hand to hand dmg is still limited to the fHandHealthMax setting wich is calculated on 100strenght/hand to hand so any point past 100 isnt affecting the dmg. Is there a way to change that?

What could it be?
But I can play fine here, despite this error (I don't know why, though).

It may be possible to patch this in a separate mod by altering fHandHealthMax when strength or h2h goes above 100.
I'll see if I can make that work when I get the chance

Oblivion seems to have a hardcoded limit for hand to hand damage (15). Even when setting strength and h2h to 255 it's capped at 15
I've tried Better Vanilla Combat and it let's you set the max damage for 100 strength and h2h but then anything above 100 is also capped at that.
Could you update h2h to allow values above 100 to be beneficial?
It'd be great too if it could do that with compatibility with Better Vanilla Combat
