Changes two values:

iHorseTurnDegreesPerSecond
iHorseTurnDegreesRampUpPerSecond

On its own, this mod makes keyboard controls bearable. But for a much, MUCH better horseriding experience, I highly encourage you to use it in conjunction with Steer Horses with the Mouse (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/9460/).

If you do, I recommend these values in the configuration menu (type 'startquest qazsteerconfig' in the console)

Turn Angle: 5
Mouse Correction: 25

Then make small adjustments to your liking.

That's it. Simple, but effective. :)
