Drag and Drop into your oblivion directory.txt

This mod lets you play as the emperor in oblivion when you start the game unequip the amulet of kings and re-equip it
this will add the script spells to your inventory the execute spell doesn't work on guards but when used
will make the target hostile and your guards will kill him.

Scavengers go through a dungeon and loot all combat items.
