   Um, except using Wait in public is NOT prohibited by Morrowind at all; only sleeping (Rest) is, same as in Oblivion. I've used Wait in MW at least 1000 times. The difference is that in OB, using Wait will fix you up quickly, while doing it in MW will get you some Fatigue back, but not Health (requires sleep, or magic).

      Well, Daggerfall has loitering as well so not THAT comparable to later games. Over time loitering became waiting and waiting/waiting until rested became sleeping starting from Oblivion.

   Pretty sure you've already realized it but you might want to remind people that this mod contradicts your Harvest While Waiting mod also.

   Looks very handy for roleplaying and probably works well with the Reading and Other Actions Take Time mod.
