Introduction

This mod aims to create an elegant solution for the safe storage problem that occurs during every playthrough of Oblivion. You never know which container is safe.

One of the solutions is to get a "all containers are non-respawning (safe)" mod. But then you don't have respawning cupboards of food, which would surely get replaced by the owners from time to time. Plus it's inconvenient for the hunger and thirst mods.

This mod fixes the problem in it's own way — it labels every single (non-dungeon loot) chest as non-respawning, so any chest you find in any house or guild of Tamriel is safe for storage. Chests are known for storing valuable items, not useless respawning junk.

Features

Provides an elegant solution to the safe storage problem while keeping respawning containers
Marks all non-dungeon chests ingame as safe
Gives you safe storage in every single house, castle or guild in Tamriel
You can finally claim houses of dead people just by living in them, as their chests no longer respawn
