This mod allows you to build a cabin on a peninsula in the Nibenay region.

Features:
- two bedrooms, kitchen, alchemy area, mage area, storage nook
- combination spellmaking, enchanting, & meditation (cure disease, small magicka boost) altar
- alchemy shelf with ingredient transfer script

Instructions:
Travel to the peninsula near the Mouth of the Panther in the Nibenay region. Find and activate the tree stump to be asked if you want to build the cabin for 7,000 gold.
