Hello, and welcome to this mod.
Viator Accius boasts that he specialises in shields, yet a lot of his stock is armour. Maybe his shields are so popular that they're all sold out? Well, I thought it was worth giving him some fine shields worthy of his claim.
You can now buy Fine versions of several stock shields. The weight of a fine shield is reduced by 10-15%, and the health, armour rating, and price are increased by roughly 15-20%. Also, they are identifiable by the use of the word Fine in their names. Fine shields stocked by Stonewall Shields include Light Iron (Chain), Dwarven, Elven, Ebony, Glass, Iron, Mithril, Orcish, and Steel varieties.
