A hand to hand High Elf who is fast and agile, all that is completed is the arena so you can do whatever you want. 

Backstory:
Jeffery was adopted by his imperial parents at the when he was an infant and they raised him in Kvatch.  His adoptive father was an ex-blade agent and was a well trained swordsman.  He taught Jeffery how to fight when he at the young age of 8, however Jeffery found it much more comfortable to use his bare fists instead of an unwieldy sword.  When Jeffery got older, he became much more handsome and earned his gold by fighting in bars.  This did not pay well and Jeffery knew he could be making much more in the Imperial City Arena.  As soon as he entered Jeffery climbed to the top and eventually defeated the grand champion!  But soon after Jeffery got arrested for no reason and was put in the Imperial Jail!  Then later that same day the emperor and his blades escaped through his cell.  The emperor recognized him from his dreams and brought him along with him.  However when they were almost out the emperor was assassinated!  He told Jeffery to take the Amulet of Kings to Jauffre in Weynon Priory and to tell him to give it to Uriel's last heir.  This is only begining of a long and wonderful adventure for Jeffery, the grand champion!
