Okay, after playing the xbox 360 oblivion and having it RUIN THE ENTIRE GAME with easy chameleon 100%,  I am releasing this
NoChameleonOrInvisibilitySpellSold_NEV mod, to eradicate cheating ass chameleon effect from the game.  Because we know
Bethesda will never fix their own game unless there is a ton of money in it for them.
  NEV stands for no equipment version, and that is what it is, all chameleon equipment drops are removed, sigil stones
deleted, and ring of khajit is changed, and maybe a few other tweaks.

-left these in for fun, reminds me of the hobbit cloak.  I have never found one of these in game, but they do exist in
(mage?) loot chests perhaps

guess what you still want chameleon 100% use 2-3 potions or scrolls.kind of wanted to leave some items in but its so annoying to constanly be unequipping because you can't see your own weapon.
deleting these items *may* cause crash, but won't know until tested.  if it causes crash, will need to be replaced not deleted.

ps- so this time I focused on chameleon since it ruined the game for me and I seem to find the gear so easy...
-spell tomes plug in may ruin the point of this if you find chameleon spell tome.
-a birthsign might still give you Invis so don't pick it...

NoChameleonOrInvisibilitySpellSold (old version) readme.

Here is a simple mod that I made, that will change the game and remove 2 of the biggest exploits.  Basically invisibility
and chameleon spells are not sold anywhere, also meaning you can't use them at the spellmaking or enchanting altars.
Leaving you only with potions or items to achieve these effects.
If you are already playing a game where you have already purchased these spells, then you will have to delete your
invisibility/chameleon spells using the spell delete mod.  Search for it on here.

This mod was made mainly to minimize the repeat spamming of these spells to just run through planes of oblivion without
even being attacked... without having to fight or explore at all...

note - was unable to remove spells from Borissian for some unknown reason.  Hard coded probably.  Created antoher NPC in
the Praxographical Center (in the white robe). He is copied from Borissian but I was able to remove the chameleon spell
from him... for some odd reason.  Borissian no longer sells spells.


it is very easy to make potions or use gear to achieve these effects, also there are other ways, and i still run through
planes of oblivion with fortify speed, its more fun that way anyways!

Update 012618 - NPC merchant replacement is in white robes now in Spellmaker Center.  His name has been changed as has his
schedule.  He now reads, eats and sleeps like a normal(?) NPC.
