-Description-

Ever got tired on those mega-building-mods packed with displaycases, teleporters, private NPCs, plants, altars, etc, where the feel of design and reality comes in secondhand? Then I guess this house-mod is
just what you`ve been waiting for.

After hours and hours of fighting, killing, stealing and following orders, I began the search for the perfect place to "retire" on. Nothing too fancy or snobbish, just a nice little house for me and my horse, with an amazing view over IC, Niben and the mountains surrounding Tamriel. Unfortunately this place did not exist, either in vanilla-Tamriel or on the mod-pages. So I decided to build it from scratch on my own.

After hours of searching for the right spot for my house, I finally found the perfect place. You can find it north-east of IC, follow the road to Cheydinhal and take the first turn to the right. The turn is clearly marked with some old stonewalls. Follow the road and you should see the house just up ahead. If you are the lazy type, you can always use the fast-travel icon on your map.

-Tobes House-

Here you can find anything your warrior will ever need in his/her home. It includes the following;

-Exterior-

- A nicely decorated farm-house
- A fine stable with a fenced area
- A nice and clean pond with stones and veg-stuff
- A well
- An archers practice-target
- A descret nice road leading to the headroad
- A lot of "land-changing" around the house and road
- About 6-8 boxes and barrels to store some of your stuff in
- Some chairs with a table full of bear and cake, nicely placed in front of the incredible view over Tamriel.

-Interior-

- A bed
- 2 big book-shelves and 1 smaller
- 1 chest
- 1 small jewelry-chest
- 1 drawer
- 1 "closet"
- 2 small paper-drawers
- 6 hook-pairs to hang you finest swords on
- 2 small tables and one bigger with a chair
- 2 open fires and a bunch of flimmering lightcandles carefully placed to light up every corner inside the house

-Installation-

Simply copy the .esp file to you Oblivion/data folder. Don`t forget to activate it in the "Data Files"-menu when launching the game.

-Bug testing and known bugs-

Every container, both inside and outside the house, is dubble-checked for the unchecked "Respawn"-funktion. I`ve placed loot all over the house and inside every container, and travelled all across Tamriel using fast-travel and slept at several different houses for 35 standard ingame-days. When I came back, every piece of loot was still in the house, just where I left them. So I guess it`s relativly safe to store your stuff wherever you want inside the house, and all containers.

Though I don`t recomend you to place your most valuable items in any house/container-mod. Leave them in an original player-owned house for safetycause.

The mod is tested on several different systems and installations, without any problems.

The lights on the outside of the house don`t go out in the mornings. Haven`t found out yet how to make this happen. If you know, please contact me.

Though I have discoverd 2 minor bugs. The axe on the stubb in the stable sometimes falls to the ground.

This physic-bug also appears on some plates at the outside shelf.

A fish from the pond also appears to swim over the water and jumping all crazy on land sometimes. Don`t know if this is becouse of my mod yet though. I haven`t made so many changes to the sea-bottom, so it doesn`t seem to make any sense.
