This mod simply makes the vanilla crosshair smaller. It doesn't change the way it looks, nor does it change the sneak eye, the activate/steal hands, etc...

Vanilla Oblivion's crosshair is too big, in my opinion. It can get in the way when I'm trying to see small items, and it can even make it hard to accurately shoot arrows at distant enemies. Fortunately, DarnUI gives us the ability to resize the crosshair, but unfortunately the crosshair size is scaled with the rest of the HUD elements. When I get my health/fatigue/magicka bars and all that fun stuff at the size I want them to be, my crosshair is still just a little too big...
I made this simple mod that takes the existing vanilla crosshair and makes it a bit smaller. Luckily for me, and hopefully for you, this mod wasn't too difficult to make, and it should be completely free of any issues. I tested this on several different screen resolutions without running into any problems, so you shouldn't run into any problems either. Just drag and drop the data folder I've included into your Oblivion directory, and you're good to go!
