The download contains all my resent settings for OR, put into txt documents, each in the folder where the correct ini should be.
Since OR is getting updated actively, I decided not to give you the inis, but only text documents.
Yes, you have to rewrite the settings yourself or copy it over into each ini.
My settings include only graphical changes, everything else is disabled.
See this as a helper, if you don't know where to start with editing your inis.
Brightness of your game might have a different result, depending on other settings (monitor) and weather mods.
I suggest to play around with the settings: Strength, BaseGamma and BleachLuma in the coloring ini. They can make a lot of changes.
Do so by pressing O in game, navigate the menu with the arrow keys and edit settings with the Num-pad.
You need Oblivion Reloaded by Alenet to use this.
