I never liked the grass in Oblivion growing in tufts and while playing Far Cry 3 I had a closer look at it's pretty grass.
I wanted something similar for Oblivion and this is the result.
This is just a mesh resource but I added a grass texture from JFE, shaped to fit the new mesh.
Other textures will have to be made by yourself if you don't like this one.
