This mods adds 3 new staves for sale at Rindir's Staffs in the Imperial City Market District. I noticed that the vanilla game lacked any sort of Healing staffs. It's not really important, but for those role-playing a healer, pacifist, priest etc might find these useful. 2/3 of the staves are also my way of integrating a paladin-esque healing/buff effects, but to be cast on NPC's. So if you play with some sort of companion mods or just like to keep friendly NPC's alive during fights, then this might suit you as well. However the Staffs themselves are expensive, so don't expect to acquire them right out of the sewers :)
