This is the first mod released to the public. I hope you like it :)
This mod is an attempt at balancing the Oblivions vanilla races. I realize there still may be balance issues. If you notice some, please write them in the comments.
I didn't like the "Greater Powers" system of balancing, because the enemies don't use them. I wanted to balance both the player and the enemy races, and for that reason I replaced ALL of the Greater Powers with passive abilities. I also made male and female atributes the same for simplicity.
NOTE- I couldn't figure out how to balance the Dark Elf with passive powers, so i kept the Ancestor guardian Greater Power. If anyone has any ideas please write in the comments.
Sadly, I haven't found a way to make this mod work with other race changing mods yet, so it's best to use it on its own. Other than that, there shouldn't be any problems or conflicts.
