Description
=============
A town added in the Nibenay Basin complete with merchants, scheduled NPCs and a purchasable player home.
A map marker has been added on the road leading to the settlement that can be traveled to, the town marker unlocks upon discovery.

An Alchemy shop, Verusa Utan holds her services available at any given hour the player choose to stumble into her shop.
An additional NPC now resides there who recharges magical items.
A General store to dump of most unwanted goods.
Much like his sister, Sadris also keeps open at any given hour.
A Bakery, ran by the Falen Sisters.
One of them holds shop right outside the bakery in the small square where both NPCs and the player can sit down for a snack, the sisters will sell their goods up until the late evening hours.
After 8pm the outdoor serving closes and the player has to go inside to purchase.
A Tavern, while most of the beds are already rented out to the town citizens the innkeeper provides a free bed for the player.
Most of the town NPCs will visit the tavern during the evening before going to sleep, except for a few night owls.
A Bookshop, the elderly man is a bookworm and stays up all night reading through his books.
Vinya Teulesa now sells unique new clothing, find her when she's at the bookshop to purchase them.
A Player Home, the deed to the house is purchasable from the bookshop for 4,000 - 5,000 septims depending on the players disposition and mercantile. All of the containers are non-re-spawning beside the various food storage on the lower floor.
Now with new textures and more clutter!
A house of "Dibella".
A new shop that sells weapon and armor, they provide repairs instead of Sadris Utan now.
Anuriel offers Marksman training, find her practising in the backstreet.
New un-enchanted glass armor!
New NPCs and improved AI.
Three new NPC houses.
Read any books or scrolls you stumble upon, they might have some fun details about the citizens!
BEFORE INSTALLING THE UPDATE
1. Empty any containers inside the player home.
2. Travel AWAY from Alnwick.
3. Make a new Save.
4. Uninstall the mod.
5. Wait 24 Hours in game.
6. Create a new save.
7. Install the update.
8. Wait a few hours in game before traveling to Alnwick again.
9. ??????????
10. Profit!
NECESSARY; Download the Bug Fix!
Or NPCs wearing the vanilla version of the new clothes will walk around with invisible bodies in mere protest.

Install using OBMM, NMM or manually - don't forgot to invalidate archive!

At times NPCs will decide to stalk to the player if they've been waiting for a few hours in their presence outdoors.
Simply wait inside a house before going outside if you need to wait.
Edit; skipping fallout behaviour was suggested as a solution, did not so any other advice is welcome.

The Vanilla versions of the new clothes will be missing unless you install the Bug Fix, which is just a folder with the missing meshes as they magically decided to disappear when the custom clothes got created.
Drop a comment and name of the location/NPC if you stumble across a missing mesh that hasn't been included.
Feel free to submit images!
- and comment if you come across any bugs related to this mod - Note that comments about missing meshes and textures regarding vanilla clothes will be ignored and frowned upon as several notices have been written on the modpage due to the necessity tofinstalling the bugfix regarding this issue!
