Target NPC takes out his sword or knife or even a claymore and puts it in his own belly. Then dies.
If target has no blade weapon, then he conjures Bound dagger to do the job with.
Spell tome lies on the top of wall shelf in IC Arcane Univercity Chironasium Upper Floor.
Designed as roleplaying feature, for those who want to feel like a real mind-controlling master of Illusion school.
